    Hi,

Please try to update to CU14, not sure if below hotfix related to your issue.

293010 "Nothing to handle" error message is displayed when you create an inventory pick and the inventory exists. Manufacturing TAB 5406

292483 "Nothing to Handle. The quantity to be picked is not in Inventory yet. You must first post the supply from which the source document" error message is displayed when you create a warehouse pick from a warehouse shipment that has the Qty. to Ship field filled in. Warehouse COD 5775

Possible User create the Pick lines and register pick lines after that user delete the Register Pick Lines Document. and after this if user try to create pick lines then system pass the message for Nothing to Handle.

for this just re-select the warehouse lines.

System will allow to create Pick Lines.

    Hi,

This error is the best NAV-error. It could mean anything, but is mostly shown when the inventory is not sufficient (it might be blocked by other warehouse activities).

    - Check "Qty. to Ship"-field in the shipment lines.

    - Check for Reservations of that item (could be fully reserved already)

    - check if the item is on other Picks

    Hi,

You may have to create and register a pick before posting the shipment.

Depends on your the warehouse settings in your location.
