Hi All,

I have a requirement to send email from CRM and when the email is received and opened in outlook it should be marked as confidential. We have this feature in outlook to set email sensitivity while sending emails. Similarly, when we send email from CRM, it should be marked as confidential. I am guessing there should be some flag to control this but unable to find the resolution.

Can we achieve this in CRM using custom or OOB approach?

I am guessing Dynamic CRM sdk does not provide that rich functionality which an outlook is providing to you. So it is not OOB or in any custom way. You may have to rely on some 3rd party solution for this.

As far as i know there is no OOB way to send Email with confidential as flag.
