Hi All,
I have a requirement to send email from CRM and when the email is received and opened in outlook it should be marked as confidential. We have this feature in outlook to set email sensitivity while sending emails. Similarly, when we send email from CRM, it should be marked as confidential. I am guessing there should be some flag to control this but unable to find the resolution.
Can we achieve this in CRM using custom or OOB approach?
