Change colour of toolbar text

The top of the page, where the company Logo goes and the search bar is, the Text and Icons are white in colour: Recently viewed icon, new icon, advanced search icon, my username, settings icon etc - I want to change this from white to black. This doesn't seem to be an option in Themes when amending other elements colours.

Please help me change the colour of this?

You can use JS (unsupported), but try to avoid unsupported customization.

cool, thanks - where would you paste that script in?

I think however that the bit's I'm referring to are not fields on org/contact level, but that top navigation toolbar
