Report preview body empty after windows font size scaling

ReportReport

Hi

After windows font size was scaled to 125% (client pc), the ssrs report preview does not show the body data. It seems that the tablix cannot handle it. The .auc files where cleaned up. Print preview and print shows all. The property "disable display scalling on high DPI settings" on the client exe does not have any effect. Are there other properties to change?

Thanks for help

Jan

    Hello Jan

Unfortunatelly this is a known issue and there is no official solution. What I did is to set the scale manually to some other values like 119% or 126% or 113% while alternatevely deleting the .auc files. Depending on your graphical hardware and with some luck, you will find a value that matches.

Btw: there is a similar behaviour with the content in info parts.

    Regards

    Hans-Peter

In SSRS, the CanGrow property indicates whether the size of the text box can increase vertically according to its content. Similarly, CanShrink decreases the height of the text box according to its content. Controlling dynamically the height of report elements is only possible through these properties since the Height property cannot be bound to an expression. These two properties are therefore useful to create reports which can be scaled to both small and large contents. Unfortunately, CanGrow and CanShrink behave differently for each rendering extension.
