Return Order status is still "Open"

Hi Experts,

I am facing two issues with the return order as following

1) The line status is Invoiced but the header status is still Open and the related sales order status is also Invoiced and Delivery status is Complete Delivered..

2) The line status is Invoiced but header status in Open and related sales order status is Open and Delivery status is Reserved Physical.

Please suggest me how to change the status to closed.

    Good morning Vinay,

    There is probably not much that you can do from the AX2009 client as an end user.

    You could e.g. check whether there are some charges / additional items that have been been completely return (=> check open qty) and you can test what you see if you create another invoice with the selection 'all'.

    If none of that gives you a hint of what might be wrong here then I would recommend getting into contact with a developer who can debug this issue for you.

    Hi Ludwig,

    There are two types of problem here, both are mentioned above as number 1 & 2. And yes I am facing this issue in AX2009.

    You face that issue in AX2009, is that right?

    Do you have a single return order only that shows this problem or are multiple return orders similarly 'defective'?
