The error specified in the presented subject comes as I try to confirm the status "Ended" to advance a "Reported as finished" production order. I have double-checked and confirmed that all of the route operations were completed and reported, the human resource linked to the execution of the route operations is approved, and the RAF ( + Route and picking list ) journals are posted correctly.

The aforementioned error presents as shown in the image below:

As reference, I am using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 v. 10.0.28 (10.0.1265.94) / Platform Version Update52 (7.0.6441.94)

I have the same question (1)

    Hello Charlotte,

As it happens, the issue was recently solved by one of my colleagues, with an interaction which I should still be controlling together with the helping partner.

About the linked post, I will try to find out if the last response indicating the action to "archive raw registrations or run Clean up registrations periodic job" is directly related to the solution applied by my colleague.

    Cordially,

    Henrique
