"allow other user to send emails on my behalf " option not available for a user

Hello Experts,

I am unable to find the option "allow other users to send emails on my behalf" for a specific user in personal settings.

I have given the permissions in the security role.

The Synchronization Profile is also set to:

Server Profile: Microsoft Exchange Online

Incoming Email: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router

Outgoing Email: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router

Appointments, Contacts and Tasks: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook

still I am unable to find the option.

Please help me out , from where can i set the option?

Hi,

You may find the option in the following screenshot.

Meanwhile, if you are CRM system admin, you may use "User Settings Utility" in XRM Tool Box to configure the setting for all the users.
