Hi, i would really appreciate your help: what is the right way to set up the item, that we purchase in a pack of 100 (100/pack), but we issue from inventory 1 at a time?

You would create a U/M Schedule ID that consists of base qty each(1) then add a second line called pack which consists of 100 each. This way you can order 1 pack which would get 100 so you could sell 1 each or 1 pack which would be 100. Look in the Fabrikam sample company and see how the U/M's are set up.
