To provide you some feedback on my experience, I found instructions on creating a new company that said to click settings - my settings - click arrow by company name - click CREATE NEW. It seems odd to me that the COPY button wouldn't exist in that window as well. In general, I find it difficult to find the correct "setup" windows to accomplish what I'm trying to do. I'm most experienced in GP where I can go to the setup page and see what my options are. I struggle to know what to type in the search bar to get to the windows I need. If you wouldn't have told me to go to the "Companies" window, I would have spent much more time trying to find this. It definitely makes it easier to navigate if you know the name of the window or report you want, but if not I find it more difficult than an interface like GP has.
