Finance and operations Database storage is full

Hi All,
 
Can anyone help me to understand the process of database storage for tier 3-5 environments (if we've used max storage) and what could be the best way to increase storage like data archiving?

    Before increasing the storage you can try the Data cleanup routine https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/sysadmin/cleanuproutines
     
    Aftet the cleanup routine you can check the data archival and data retention frameworkhttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/sysadmin/archive-data
     
    If at the abpove does not help, you might end up thinking the data storage increase by extra value.

    Suggestions:
    1. The best suggestion to schedule a data clean up job available in D365 Fo out of the box. You can set the cleaning cycle to somewhere between 60-90 days. 
    2. Data archival is a process that is in preview phase especially for transactional tables like LedgerJournalTrans and GeneralJournalAccountEntry. Non-LedgerJournalTrans and non-GeneralJournalAccountEntry tables archival processes are much easier. Also, ensure you have a Dataverse environment setup in the D365 FO tenant.
