dear helpdesk team,
Why when we are modifying the form and report in GP, other user get affected, they cannot print the customized template.
Same apply to export / import package, it doesnt work parallel, when I import the new package into GP system, others user have to import respective on their PC.
Anyway to improve this?

When you modify a report the change is saved in Reports.dic.
By default each client has a separate Reports.dic file.
There are a couple of options I am aware of that have been used in the past.
One is to have a central copy of the Reports.dic which is copied to each client using a script at logon.
A second one is to change the path in Dynamics.set to point all clients at one Reports.dic file.
Please note that if you have a Dynamics.vba file, this must be copied to each client regardless of where the reports.dic file is.
