CRM Online - Change navigation icons (Sales, Service, Marketing)

Hello,

I am on CRM Online. I've managed to change the navigation sub areas without issue using XRM Toolbox but I cannot change the main navigation names (Sales, Service, Marketing). For example I want to change Sales to read something different.

Please advise on how I can change these thanks.

Hi,

You can do it with sitemap edit. Export sitemap xml and change it. But keep in mind that, this is not-supported.

Hello,

Use this tool named XRMtoolbox.

Connect to your organization by entering user name ad password.

Go to sitemap Editor

Load Site Map, Select for which menu item you want to change.

Change the label
