Planned purchase order - quantity below 0.05 pcs

I use MRP do create planned purchase order from formula.
When regest from production is below 0,05 pcs system is not create planned purchase order for request item for 1 pcs.
 
Someone know why ?

    Hi,
    Have you checked the Minimum Order Quantity field in the default order? If the user manually enters a purchase order quantity lower than this quantity, the system will issue a warning message.

    The question is too vague. There could be several reasons:
    - The item has enough inventory so no need to purchase
    - There is an expected delivery for that item
    - The BOM line demand is beyond the timefence
    - The item has coverage code that is Manual.
    ...
     
    Best thing to do is go on that released product and look at the net requirement for that warehouse to see the demand and supply evolution in time. Locate the Batch Production Order that you refer to and see figure out why there is no planned supply.  If you cant figure it out, copy a print screen of that screen and add it to your question.
