
I have created trial environment as well as added database to the default environment, but cannot see MS Guides for installation in Resources- Dynamics 365 apps. Have trail license for Guides and Remote Assist.
Hi AnupamChauhans, it sounds like you have followed all instructions up to that point but you are still not seeing the solution. I would open a support ticket so our agents can examine your setup and get you unblocked.
Under Customer Engagement help + support, select GET SUPPORT.
Find a phone number or submit a support request through the admin center.
