RMS Customer Display

Hello Everyone,

I am having some problems with RMS net display i keep getting this error "The net display is busy and could not load the specified receipt file". After this error this error appears Run-time error '438': Object doesn't support this property or method. Could someone help on this please ?

    You may want to consider including the current RMS build your on also "before" posting a question. Reason being the error for example may have been associated with something already resolved with a hot fix. Click on help/help and about and post the build version for example 2.0.2000.

    With regards to you net display it is very simple just hit clt+f6 and it will bring up your display properties. After which navigate to the net display tab and point it to the location of your .htm file. if you are getting a run time error try updating your java version as well.
