Using Instance Web API in Azure Data Factory to copy the data

Posted on by 30

from other help someone explained to me how to get the web API for the data

'In d365, go to Settings cog/icon -> Advanced Settings -> Customizations -> Developer Resources -> Instance Web API - > Service Root URL'

and take the instance web API

I have read the documentation provided and I cant find out how I use this in Azure Data Factory. can anyone point me to some good documentation on how to use this in Data Factory?

I have already read and tried both of those documents. Both attempts came up with a set of entities with no data in them so I have made the assumption that the data isnt in Common data Service.

This is my next attempt with the API. I know there is data in there but I have no idea at the moment what option I need to take to find it
