How would I know which Item Charge is being assigned to which item in a PO?

Hi Community,

I would like to know, if in a Purchase Order I have 9 Items, but I have only 4 Item Charges. How would I know which Item Charge is being assigned to which item?

Hi, As far as I know, it can only be seen after opening Item Charge Assignment.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

Hello Josh,

I agree with Yun on this case.

If you mean to have a list of allocated costs somewhere on the Purchase order lines then that will require additional development.

After you assign a cost to an item, that data is stored in other table than Purchase Lines, and the relationship between the assigned costs and items on the order can be many-to-many and it is difficult to display that relation somewhere on the order card.
