Problem.... When filtering financial report it still populates data outside the filtered criteria.
My report is set up to display all month's actuals to budget with variance and YTD totals.
In March we are working on February closing and do not want to include March entries that are already being entered.
Even though filter is set to only include Jan and Feb the data populates March which skews the YTD columns.
How do I get it to suppress months not included in filter?
If I filter on Jan the Feb and Mar columns still populate.
Filter entry is done at this level. Does not matter what filters I apply in options it always displays all data available in all columns.
