How do I add a second SL database /Server to Management Reporter

We are moving SL 2011, but not the Management Reporter server. I cant find any documentation that shows that particular option. I need to know if I add in the "companies" in the Configuration Manager, and delete the old companies, will the new company be available for running the reports or do I need to do something else?
