Is there a way to setup a user to have access to create Business Alerts?
Currently when I login with my user account and go to Administration -> Business Alerts I get the error message:
"You d not have sufficient rights to complete this action. You need to be logged in as the "sa" user or as the system administartor.
I have tried to create a custom role and use the CARD_0003 Maintain Business Alerts task but that does not work.
I need to provide a user access to just Business Alerts without them having full sa access.

I was able to sort this. Needed to set the GP user login account on the database to have sysadmin access.
