Having issues with our emails mass unsubscribing people, need to raise ticket

Hi, 

I'm having issues with our emails mass unsubscribing people, I need to raise ticket for support but am unable to.

We have previously done this via https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support but this link is now just showing a blank dashboard so I have no idea what to do? Please can someone help as we have had 3 emails go out in the last few days with groups of contact 'mass unsubscribed' and I think there is a bug in the system?

I have now sent an email to 

support@mail.support.microsoft.com so hoping that will work. If anyone else has any suggestions, please let me know.

    Hi Danielle, 

    You should be able to open a Support Request via the Power Platform admin center: Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)

    The blank dashboard maybe issue with permissions. Please check if the user account has the required roles to open the Support Request mentioned in Get Help + Support - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs . Also, please try accessing the Power Platform admin center in an InPrivate mode to check if you can then create support requests.
