I see that you are importing Fixed Assets with Integration Manager but are receiving the error "You can not have a value for LTD Depreciation (LTDDEPRAMT) on a prior year asset".

First, make sure that you are on the latest Dynamics GP service pack, especially if your Fiscal years do not follow the calendar year. We did have some problems with the eConnect procedures for FA and how they handled fiscal periods that don't follow a standard calendar year.

Next, check the Book setup to check the "Current Fiscal Year" value for the book you are importing to. Go to Tools > Setup > Fixed Assets > Book. Select your Book. What is the year specified for "Current Fiscal Year"? If your "Depreciated To Date" that you are mapping does not fall within the fiscal year specified here, that is why you are getting this error. At this point you have two options:

    1) Change the "Current Fiscal Year" of the book to the correct year so that your Depreciated To Date value falls within this year.

    2) Set your value for the "Depreciated To Date" to be the LAST day of the Fiscal year in which your Depricated To Date falls into. For example, if your currently in FY2010 and your Book is also set to 2010, but you are imported in Asset with a Depreciated To Date of 6/1/2008, then you need to change the Depreciated to date to be the LAST day of FY2008 instead of 6/1/2008. For example, map 12/31/2008 instead of 6/1/2008 if your fiscal periods follow the calendar year.

I would recommend trying to enter one or two of the Assets manually to verify the values are correct. If the dates are not correct, you will also get these errors during manual entry. Verify that your dates are correct.
