Project Confirmation - No data available

Created a Project Quotation. Sent the Project Quotation and the necessary paperwork was generated. I then went to Follow-up -> Confirmation. Instead of generating a document showing my Project Quotation Lines I am receiving "No Data Available". Any ideas? The Project Confirmation Journal exists with lines but I cannot print it.

Hi,

Can you indicate if this issue occurs with a user role only or also the system administrator role?

Take a look at:

KB 3029593"There is no data available" is printed on the Project quotation confirmation report after installing KB2974776

I would also take a look at LCS for hot fixes for quotation and determine which apply to the version of AX 2012 you have installed. The product team has release a number of fixes in this area of the product.

When i search the LCS in the "Issue Search" for the KB 3029593 i got no results , any ideas ??

Can you share a screenshot of your search keyword and the results? Did you disable some status or product options?

When there are search results, you can further refine using some filters. They are not on your screen as there are no results. This is weird. You can try to use the next link to view the results: https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/issue/results/?q=3029593

If you need to download the hotfix for AX 2012 R2, you can use the next link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hotfix/kbhotfix?kbnum=3029593&kbln=en-us&sd=mbs For AX 2012 R3 it is part of CU9.
