SmartList Builder - Add User Data Table

HI-

I am trying to add the User Data table for my Fixed assets smartlist. I am able to get the "USer Field 3" column header to show, but the content of the field is not populating in the smartlist. I am sure it is how I am joining the tables, can you help?

Hi,

I guess you have linking wrong fields. Both table should be linked with Asset ID or primary keys of both tables. Kindly check the primary keys for both tables.

Check by making simple SQL join statement in query analyzer to verify the content.

You have to use inner join for Asset Index field for the two tables, if you are creating new smartlist from SmartList builder.

Or you can add User Field 3 in your existing fixed asset smart list, by going to the change column display window and set it to show all fields and then add User Field 3.

Shahid- Thank you for pointing that out! Not sure what I was thinking.. Initially I was trying to connect User Field Setup List and I couldn't finding a matching field. Then assigned User Data Master and must not have changed the links.

I linked Asset Index to both and it is now working!
