Error in create return

I am entering a sales return through create return , after marking all the items in the invoice to be returned and when i clicked Post Button i got the following error message

Violation of primary key constraint 'PKSVC05000'

and i have to click OK so many times and finally the return is created for only one item out of the selected items and with strange quantities and prices.

GP 10 , SP3 , SQL 2005

Thanks for your reply and i will try it if i get the same error once again because i entered that return through Actions --> copy to finish it off .

SVC05000 is the returns master table and PK is the primary key for that table. Looking at the Table Descriptions in Resource Descriptions, this suggests that there is already a return document with the same document number and type listed in the table. Try increasing the next document number for returns in the setup tables for field service
