I had recently shifted to CD365 CRM as Functional Consultant,
Could anyone please help me in providing certification numbers for D365 CRM.

Since you are a functional crm resource.
I would suggest you start with Sales certification www.microsoft.com/.../exam-mb2-717.aspx
post this , you can explore certification such as Marketing and Customer service. I wont provide you numbers because microsoft has a plan to retire them both and introduce others.
till then time you can focus on clearing Sales exam which will give you core crm process understanding.
