Want to see Gift card Transaction Using customer Name

Hi Team,

I want to see gift card transaction in AX 2012 R3 but I have a customer name only.

Is it possible to find gift card number using customer name only.

For Ex: Suppose a customer with a name Jennifer having a gift card. I want to see all transaction using by these gift card but I dint have a gift card number.

Please advise.

    Hi,

    1) every gift card has related gift card history

    2) from gift card history you can find retail transaction in which card had been issued

    3) on retail transaction you can check customer ID

    If you can resolve customer ID by customer name - going 3-2-1 sequence can help you to find the cards.
