Hi Everyone,

I created the first shipment and received it. And I created the second shipment, but I cannot cancel it. Please help me.

Please help me find the solution to this problem.

Hi,
You need to enable the transfer order cancellation function in the feature management first, and you can cancel the transfer order according to the steps in the article:

To cancel the transfer order shipment, feature transfer order cancellation was made available in 2020. But if the cancel button is grey out and does not allow you to cancel the order, please check the following scenarios.

You can't undo a posted transfer shipment if the item is reserved. To do that, you'll have to cancel the reservation.

You can't undo a transfer shipment line if there were receipts associated with the related transfer order line. Therefore, you can't undo transfer shipments for transfer orders that allow direct transfers.
