Set up to pull sales account from the customer. Customer has valid sales account entered, which works for most items, just not one class of item. These items/accounts work for all other customers and they all use the same sales account (domestic). What am I missing?

1. Do you have any third party products installed?
2. This will sound crazy but it has solved problems in the past. Delete the sales account from the customer record and save it. Then go back in and lookup the sales account and save it.
