We have the Magtek iPAD signature capture device and are using PPI as our processor. Issue: when we click the green button when there is no signature captured, RMS crashes. The card is authorized through PPPI but RMS has no record of the sale. Anyone experiencing this? How can we resolve it? Been working with PPI but are at a standstill.We are using HQ and Store Operations Version 2.0
