Hello, I have a scenario where users need to login to a certain App (UCI App in Dynamics) when logging in via a mobile device and another app when logging in via PC.
As the same user may be logging in via PC once and Mobile device at the other time, I can't put a restriction based on security role.
Is there a way that I can default a user to one app when the user logs in via Phone (or Vice Versa).

I do not think you can control this via security role as the user will have all the roles assigned to them all the time, users might be able to pin default app but then that's something every user will have to do as it is not a user setting yet.
Every app you create in CRM, is stored in appmodule entity and it does have a column clienttype,

If you could set this to be Mobile Client for the App you want to be only for Mobile and same for the PC one, you might be able to get this working but be warned this is not documented anywhere and i don't think its supported either, perhaps Microsoft might expose this as a configuration in the future but it does not mean you cannot test on a sandbox or test environment to see if you change it, if it restricts only to Mobile client.
The attribute is updatable i can see in the meta data browser
