I haven’t personally tried it yet, but I’ve looked into how it works. Based on what I know, it’s important to provide clear descriptions when adding Dataverse tables as knowledge in Copilot Studio — like table purpose, relationships, and relevant business terms — to help the Copilot return accurate results.
