Can anyone confirm if Unified Service Desk by default does not have a default chat feature? (In my knowledge, there is none.)
When I say default, it is a configurable/pre-configured chat feature for USD. Without using 3rd party applications or tools(e.g Live Assist, Parature Chat).
Do you know any articles where I can refer to for confirmation?
