I have migrated records from a custom entity which have Notes from one environment to another. I exported all columns using Advanced Find to Excel, then imported. I did the same with the Notes. However, the Notes are not connected to the records. How do I fix this?

I've never done this via Excel export and import. I always use Scribe for that purpose.
I've just tried this and when you Export notes with all the columns from advanced find, the column containing the objectid and objecttypecode of the parent record is missing.
So that seems to be the reason, why your notes are not being connected.
Do you have some Middleware (e.g. Scribe, Kingsway, ...) available for that purpose?

Also, when importing the Notes the import dropped the records which had attachments because "they couldn't be found." I'm assuming getting records with attachments is outside the scope of an Excel export.
