I'm facing the situation where users set up 2 workflows for purchase order. The setup is basic. e.g. First workflow is below 1000 and the second one above 1000.
User reports approval request get struck for the higher amount workflow, while the lower one works fine.
I disabled the old one and recreated a new one. But still users says the issue persists. Any thoughts?
Very strange issue. If you disable the lower amount one, will the higher amount one work?
Generally, it supports multiple workflows for the same document type.
