Hi
We have added Notes Control on Task Entity form and it is not allowing to add new notes. I have tried with System Administrator role also. We are on Dynamics 365 online. Any thoughts?

I am having this same issue, I know how to turn legacy rendering on and off, but how do you tell it whether to use information forms or the new turbo forms? I cant find that anywhere...
I also ran into this issue. I was able to determine a couple of things that may help somebody troubleshoot:
1) You can edit the notes immediately after saving a new record. Once you refresh the screen or leave that record and go back, the notes are no longer editable.
2) If you add Activities to the entity, you will be able to edit the notes again. This is all well and good as long as you actually want Activities on the entity!
I'm currently trying to determine if this is a known issue yet.
It is a bug. You can use this bookmarklet as a temporary workaround. [View:http://wp.me/p4lt1c-BL]
I think you'll need to raise a ticket with Microsoft then, because that sounds like a bug
Legacy Rendering On or Off, Information or Task Form. It does not matter. Issue is for every browser.
I suspect this is because you're using the old "Information" form, which uses the legacy form rendering engine. You will need to ensure you are using the latest "turbo forms" for it to work
Seems to be a bug, not working for me as well.
