Vendor settlement generating lots of transactions in GL voucher

We have an issue where in some situations the settlement of vendor transactions (through settle open transactions) is causing the system to generate a lot of transactions on the Vendor summary account (most on the main and some on the intercompany account). We cannot explain why this is happening and the amounts seem randon as well.

We have 3 open transactions, that can be settled. There are 2 invoices (EUR 2000 and EUR 420) and one payment (EUR 2420). In the settlement all three are selected and the we click updated. This is posting the vouchers shown below. Where account 131000 is the normal summary account and the account 131100 is the summary account for Intercompany Suppliers. This supplier however has never been an intercompany suppliers. Also we do not understand where all the transactions and amounts come from.

Has anyone seen this and or understand why this is happening?

    Hi Herre,

    I have seen a similar issue before. Go to LCS Issue search and try to find details related to KB3132974. The hotfix might solve your issue. However it is not mentioned that it also goes wrong when you are not using a journal.
