Hi Everyone,

I encountered an error using Electronic Reporting -> Payment model - ISO20022 Credit transfer (DE)

An error occurred during the 'Format mapping' run. For more information, contact your system administrator.

Element of the configuration 3 - 'Domestic' is not found
The payments cannot be generated

    Hi,

    Please check if this other thread helps you, since there's a known issue with the ISO 20022 formats on the last upgrade:

    community.dynamics.com/.../electronic-payment-file-iso20022-gb-error-when-generating-a-payment

    Workaround:

    /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/765/TrackingID_2300_2106180050000788.docx

    Note that this is for GB format, but it might help you too.
