Project information is not transferred from item requirement over planned production order to production order

Hello together

I am currently working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Version 10.0.13 update 37 as a consultant and we did set up a process  in which we create a project, enter an item to the related item requirement which needs to be produced (has an predefined BOM)

Via the masterplanning a planned prodution order is created. This is converted to a production order but on opening the BOM Items i get the message that the Project information needs to be filled, meaning the projectId, Activitynumber etc. are not beeing transfered at all.

As we have the setting of "Consumed item" on the production order so no posting is possible.

If I create the production order directly from the item requirement it works, or if i insert the BOM new in the production order, the information is also transfered.

Do you know about this, and can it be a setting or do I need to report it as a bug?

Kind regards, Ilse

    Hi IIse,

I tested in PU38, it works fined. Could not find any fixes on this case.

It's recommended to upgrade to PU38 to test, if the error still exists, please create support ticket in LCS.
