Unexpected error when extract chunk file....

Posted on by 1,771

Hi,

I am using GP 2013 with service pack SP2.  We have some dexterity customization was done in 2014 in 32 bit operating system.  The customization was working in 64 bit server without any issue.  Now I want to add one table in the existing customization, so before doing the change I just compiled and created a chunk file.  I copied the chunk file in GP folder and tried to include this new code.  I got the following error.  I do not know why this error is coming.  Kindly help to find the reason of this error and provide solution to fix this issue.  Please find images for your reference.   Please let me know how to get more details about this error by any log file or any other way.

9 out of 10 times when I've seen this problem, it has had to do with chunking issues, for example, entering the wrong product information, or forgetting to add some alternate form, or entering the wrong dictionary information. Assuming the chunking process is correct, you will want to rename any forms or reports dictionary for your customization and let it unchunk first.
