Webservices access key deprecated

Hi All,

I would appreciate some help with this one. I am using BC Cloud. How do I make sure users can still login after October 1st. I still have web services key in User cards. Does anyone have the steps. I already registered BC app in Azure AD.

This change does not effect ordinary users. It only effects service to service connections using the API's / webservices.

Hi Leo99 ,

As Inge mentioned it will only effects when you consuming BC APIS without OAuth2.O and trying to connect with Webservice key mentioned on the user card.

Hi Leo99,

Web Access Key is used for authenticate the Web Services of BC environment. It's not relating to any other user activities in BC. Only for Web Service Authentication

This does not affect user logins.
But if you have external tools to access BC data, such as Cdata, etc., you need to update the authentication method ASAP.
