Hello, We are installing Headquarters for the first time on a 2012 R2 Server. This server currently has RMS installed with an existing database.

We need steps to install Headquarters and import the current database.

Headquarters is now installed successfully and can connect to the current RMS database.

Headquarters server shows as running.

If we upgrade from HQ Administrator we get the following error. "the database <database-name> is not a headquarters database.

When opening HQ Manager the following errors appear.

Error #-2147217865

Invalid object name "HQVersionHistory".

(Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server)

(SQL State: 42S02)

Native Error: 208)

No Help File Available

SET NOCOUNT ON

SELECT * FROM HQVersionHistory PRDER BY ID DESC

After selecting OK to the above message, we then receive the following error message.....

Unable to check current database version. Verify that the selected database is valid.

Thank you
