Web Service for Photos of products

Hello! Any expert who could help me?
I need to create a Web Service in BC that returns a saved image of a product, if I am correct this should be saved in the MediaSet type /Picture/ field of the /Item (27)/ table. The idea is to pass the Primary Key /No./ as a parameter and return the file.
What would be the best way to do it?

    Hi, generally, it is relatively simple to obtain images from URL or Base64 string. I hope the following information can give you some hints.

    Thank you very much YUN ZHU. I think I need to explain better, I need a WebService exposed through a custom extension that returns the image for other systems that connect to BC using OAuth2. I have already done it to, for example, search for clients and the WS returns me a JSON with the list of clients that meet the "query", in this case I only need the image of the product.
