i am just newbie in CRM, i wanna to know what kind of knowledge should i have to be able to learn CRM development :- Sharepoint || Asp.net is just enough , and if any one has any resource for CRM development and customization for CRM newbie please post it

.Net (C#/VB.Net), Silverlight & HTML/JavaScript can all be involved in developing against Dynamics CRM.

The SDK documents (2011 & 2013) are a great place to start for samples.

To learn the basics of CRM the best place to start is download a trial of Dynamics CRM 2013 Online. A trial lasts 30 days so you can have a look around to see the basics of CRM.

As CRM2013 looks alot different to CRM2011 you might find many of the online tutorials are difficult to understand however the JavaScript tutorials for 2011 are still valid.

Customization is done via a simple UI so if you have some experience in IT you should be able to get into it pretty quickly just by playing around.

As Jason suggests look at the SDK documents to get an idea on how to get some good samples of how to program.

Jason and Andrew both are right !

Basic knowledge of Dot Net (C#/VB.Net) and JavaScript is involved in developing Dynamics CRM. I would also suggest you to refer CRM SDK doc to get more understanding .
