Notes Section in Microsoft BC

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the notes section disappearing and requiring you to refresh your browser in order to see the notes or make any further additions/edits?  Once an edit is made the notes disappear.  Once you refresh the screen they will come back and include your last edit, but will disappear again if you make another edit.
