Manage Document Suggestion Settings missing

Hi,

We're currently using a Dynamics Trial instance for a demo and we're trying to configure the Manage Document Suggestion Preview feature.

We've already enabled the Text Analytics, Relevance Search, Sharepoint and configured/activated the similarity rules under the data management but the [Manage Document Suggestions] settings still seems to be missing under Document Management.

We've already tried to create a new trial instance as well, but this setting is still missing.

We already managed to make this work during our last demo just last week for another client on one of the trial instance we've also created but now it's missing.

Please help.

    Hello Stvi,

    The 'Manage Document Suggestions' feature should appear automatically, after all required config has been done.

    You mentioned that you already have all of these configurations done, which makes it an interesting issue.

    What happens if you navigate to this URL?

    /main.aspx?Origin=Portal&page=Settings&area=nav_documentmanagement&pid=09

    This is a deeplink into the Manage Document Suggestions

    Hi Michel,

    Yes all the configurations are already done. I've tried to use that deeplink to Manage Document Suggestions but it just show a blank white page.

    Weird thing is, i've just created another 3 new trial instances wherein 2 still doesn't have the Manage Document Suggestions while the last one has it without me having done any configurations.
