suddenly I cannot open the card of sales orders with my user, who is no super user.
If I make myself to a super user, it works.
How can I solve this issue?
We are using an on-prem solution. So there was no update from Microsoft.
But why does this error message appear? Yesterday and this morning everything still worked and suddenly I cannot open the sales orders?!
Is it possible that a user has set up something that causes this message? I saw that the extension "World Pay" is installed, but nothing is active in the setup for it...where else could I look?
Now I have added the read permission for tables 1360,1361 & 1367. Now I get the message that I don't have permission for Paypal. Also Paypal is not enabled. I have now added these tables as well. Now I can also open the sales orders again.
Where is the problem here?
It looks like your company installed app "WorldPay Payments Standard" from AppSource in the tenant.
You need to be assigned specific permission sets which have access to the new app like D365 Basic or D365 Basic ISV etc.
