Sales order cancellation

Hi Friends,

I have an issue in cancelling the Sales order. actually after cancelling the sales order, in inventory transaction form I still found the sales order status as  "on order". I believe after cancelling the sales order, line entry in the inventory transaction should be removed. What can be the possible issue and how I can rectify this, please guide.

    Hi Sukrut,

    Actually we cancelled many sales order and for all sales order it happened. No customization in the cancellation process.

    Hi Imran,

    1. Is the status of the order is Cancelled?

    2. If you click Line quantity button in the Action pane (General tab), can you see the value in the Deliver remainder field? If yes try to click Update line -> Deliver reminder and re-set Qty

    Status of the order is cancelled, even the line status id cancelled and "Delivery remainder" fields is blank.
