Form capture not working

Hi,

I've tried the Dynamics 365 for Marketing form capture on a form in my company website. The first trial went ok, but the further seem not to work.

The insights for the new website are still ok (visits are tracked), but the new form capture counts 0 visits and 0 submissions.

(with "new website" i mean: i created a new website in dynamics with the same remote url, and updated the script on my real website page).

Steps i did:

  1. Creating the dynamics website with the url of my website page
  2. Add the web tracking and form capture scripts to the page, provided by dynamics, and re-published it
  3. Created the form capture, providing the page url and adding the field mappings

    I tried and it is working. Could you please send more details of the instance you using.

    Maybe was because i've left the previous tracking script in the page.

    I've created a new one and it works.
