Items table not reachable

Good afternoon
 
Since two days it is not possible to reach the items table. We use this in PowerBi. We also tried to make another webservice but it also keeps loading.
 
Does somebody knows how to solve this?

    Are you receiving an error message, or is the web service simply not visible in Power BI? Or do you see it but it isn't loading any data?

    Checking for network or performance issues, and ensuring Power BI's data source connection is valid. Also, verify permissions recent changes.

    An API was built but as back-up we also used a webservice. 
    - The webservice: 
    https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/COMPANY/Production/ODataV4/Company(COMPANY)/Artikel_Excel?$select=No,Blocked,Inventory,Qty_on_Purch_Order,Qty_on_Prod_Order,Qty_on_Component_Lines,Qty_on_Sales_Order&$filter=(startswith(No,'H') or startswith(No,'P'))
     
    - Permissions are valid
    - Not even possible to 'edit in excel' on items table. The items table is the only one who is affected at the moment. 
     
    - The error: 
    DataSource.Error: Dynamics365BusinessCentral: Request failed: The operation has timed out. DataSourceKind = Dynamics365BusinessCentral. DataSourcePath = Dynamics365BusinessCentral. ;Dynamics365BusinessCentral: Request failed: The operation has timed out. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: items.
